Need advice, accidentally saw my mother naked ⇐ General

The question started bothering me last week when I got back from swimming practice in the evening, I knew my mom was in the shower, so I had 10 minutes
to hang my stuff to dry, and it just so happened that she came out naked ( that is, naked) from the shower, and went into the room, where she apparently forgot something, but didn’t know that I was still in the room,
and she comes in, and for the first 5 seconds I just got wedged, I turned away and quickly went out, then she went to apologize before going to bed.
So now this situation worries me again, I don’t know why, but it produced a strong emotional surprise, because usually at home I see my mother in clothes, and my mother is warm and caring,
but when I see her naked, I saw her from the side of a sexual object, which is not acceptable in relation to my mother.
