Hello, my situation is as follows.
There is one OGP - she is 22 years old (like me), we work in the same organization, but in different buildings . She has not had a relationship and she does not want one, because she believes that they cause problems (she looks at her friends who have had bad experiences in relationships).

I talked to her for some time on ss, since the weather outside did not allow her to go out, and she also has high workload. Recently there was a birthday, and I congratulated her and sent her some money purely symbolically. She sent me a heart in response. After this, 3 days later, she hinted that the weather was good and I invited her to go for a walk on the weekend, she agreed.

On the day of the walk, I didn’t do kinesthetics; she sometimes held me by the shoulder at pedestrian crossings in order to “prevent me from being run over.” Came to her with a small box of chocolates. We had a good chat and laughed that day. She looked into my eyes. At first I was embarrassed by this. After the walk, I walked her almost home. Then she wrote to me about an hour later that the sweets were delicious.

This week I called OGP and offered to go to a cafe on the weekend, set a day and time (I had already prepared kinesthetic, I studied the forum), she referred to the high workload at work and refused, saying that let’s try next time if there is time. I agreed. This is hardly an excuse, because as I said, we work in the same organization, I know that their workload is really heavy now, plus some kind of problem has arisen there, and she will fix it.

Yesterday, that is, the day after the call, she first answered my messages only in the evening with a couple of words. And today we didn’t even communicate, I didn’t write, she doesn’t write either. Can you tell I've already made mistakes? Has she lost interest? What further actions should I take to avoid mistakes?
P.S. That week I disappeared for 1 day, did not log into ss at all and she noticed this, pointing out that I disappeared somewhere. Also, during the walk, I noticed that she remembered some facts about me, that is, our online communication was not in vain.
