 Lifetime ban for biphobia and homophobia

Unfortunately, from time to time people appear on the forum who, due to their biphobia or homophobia, incite hatred and sow discord among forum participants. Since this occurs in violation of all forum rules, I propose, after the first serious warning, to reward such people with a lifetime ban. admin, please respond.
