Why did she add it to the emergency situation? ⇐ Pick Up

In February 2023, I met a girl. But somehow the communication did not work out, I often told her that I was not satisfied with her long answers (1-2 days), plus one day I came down hard on her for ignoring me for a whole week. After this, we decided to stop communicating. One day I was near her place of work and decided to go to her and apologize for the situation when I insulted her. I even thought about giving a flower. She said no (she doesn't accept gifts). Well, then, 2 weeks later, I stopped by her work again and decided to talk, but she immediately cut me off, saying that she had a boyfriend (I still don’t know if this is true or not). After that, I wrote to her once in the cart and she added me to the emergency room for the first time in six months (although she previously said that she would never add me, because for her it’s a kindergarten). Since then, I stopped by her work one more time (at the beginning of October), just bought a cup of coffee (we didn’t talk about anything) to warm up and left. She works right in the city center next to where I worked then. In addition to this, I sometimes monitored her page on VK (out of boredom), like the pages of many other girls (at least 10 of them), even friends - in those moments when I was bored and just went to their page. And so I didn’t visit her for a week, maybe two, maybe three, and today I discovered that on VK she added me to the emergency situation. The question is - why?
She doesn’t have a single entry on her page, only 1 photo and there is NO opportunity to write to her, because... Only her friends can write to her, and she doesn’t have me as a friend.
We unfriended each other on VK back in March 2023.
Could this be a provocation? If not, then what was the point of adding me to the emergency?
We haven't communicated for six months now.
